What we collect

AffZeno processes account details, program configuration, affiliate applications, referral identifiers, conversion events, security logs, and billing references required to provide the service. We do not require card details to pass through AffZeno.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, operate partner programs, attribute conversions, calculate commissions, prevent fraud, deliver service messages, provide support, and maintain platform security.

Roles and responsibility

Businesses using AffZeno control the partner and customer data they submit. AffZeno processes that information to provide the platform. Each business remains responsible for its notices, consent choices, and lawful basis for tracking.

Sharing and transfers

We use carefully selected infrastructure, email, payment, and monitoring providers. Data is shared only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect users. International processing is safeguarded through appropriate contractual and technical controls.

Retention and security

We retain records only as long as needed for service, audit, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. Access controls, encryption in transit, signed webhooks, backups, and audit logs protect production data.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting privacy@affzeno.com. Some financial and security records may be retained where legally required.
